Here is a simple tool for changing our thoughts, utilizing a “pause and reframe.”

Pause every hour or so (set an alarm if needed) and take a mental note of where your thoughts are.

Sometimes we dont know we are stuck in a negative loop until we step away.

Unhelpful thoughts about worry, stress and feeling overwhelmed can be better identified when we pause to reframe.

Identify one change we can make to reframe and improve our inner dialogue. Perhaps its repeating a positive affirmation, taking a few minutes to do meditation, a breathing exercise or just breathing in some fresh air.
