Our complimentary gift wrapping is plain gloss black paper with a white satin ribbon. You can personalise the gift card during checkout. Pricing is not included with gift orders.

Do you ship to countries outside Australia?

Yes, we ship internationally for $19.95 AUD. Framed wall art is excluded.

Free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $75. Express delivery within Australia is $14.95.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Australia takes 2–8 business days, express shipping 1–4 business days, and international shipping 6–27 business days.

How do I track my delivery?

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Check junk mail if you don’t receive it. Contact uplift@inspiredspark.com.au for further assistance.

Why aren't gift cards eligible for the free shipping threshold?

Gift cards are excluded from the free shipping threshold as they can be redeemed for items that may qualify for free shipping.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 30 days if products are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

What about an exchange?

The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

What if my order arrives damaged or has a fault?

What's special about hand poured candles anyway?

Hand poured candles release fewer amounts of soot.

Unlike a paraffin candle, it doesn't get accumulated on walls or other surfaces of your home.

Why should I put a lid on my candle?

Protect and preserve your candle from dust and other particles which may contaminate the wax. Storing with a lid promotes a great scent throw when lit.

How do I get the best burn on my candle?

Follow these instructions for a pure and intense burn:
Trim wicks to 5-7mm before each use using scissors or a wick trimmer. This way you will avoid tunnelling (wick is too short) and mushrooming (wick is too long.)
On the first burn, ensure wax melts all the way to the edges, this usually takes about 3 hours.
Place your lovely new candle away from breezes, children, pets and flammable material.
Ensure the wax is completely cooled before replacing the lid.
