The early bird gets the worm.

You might have heard or noticed successful people talk about maintaining a good morning routine and how it has helped them tremendously get to where they are.

Momentum is a powerful force and momentum is what a productive morning can create for the rest of your day.  Momentum can work with or against us, depending on how we begin the day. A little accomplishment or victory in the morning will surge us forward, cascading into a series of victories throughout the day.

Consider going all in on that small victory as soon as you get up. The bigger ones will follow. Author of The Miracle Morning, Hal Elrod, developed a 6-minute morning routine which will help us build momentum by starting the day off right.

It’s called SAVERS, which stands for Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing.

Savers 6 minute morning routine: Silence, Affirmations, Visualisation, Exercise, Reading, Scribing

Although it’s a 6-minute morning routine, you can always choose to do it for longer. Try at least 6 minutes, even when you’re not feeling like it and look out for transformations.

Growth. Be more than you were yesterday.

Go you good thing :)
