What does your complimentary gift wrapping include?

Our complimentary gift wrapping is plain gloss black paper with a white satin ribbon. You can personalise the gift card during checkout. Pricing is not included with gift orders.

Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

One code may be applied per order.

What currency is your site listed in?

All product prices are listed in AUD. You can change the currency in the footer of the website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Amex, ApplePay, GooglePay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and ShopPay.

How do I use a gift card to make my purchase?

I'm sending my order as a gift. Will there be an invoice with prices in the order?

No, we post gift-ready and do not include invoices. You can request a tax invoice by emailing uplift@inspiredspark.com.au.

I've ordered the wrong thing, what do I do?

If the order hasn't been shipped, we can cancel it and refund you. Contact uplift@inspiredspark.com.au for assistance.

Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?

If the item hasn’t been dispatched, you can update your delivery address by emailing uplift@inspiredspark.com.au.

Do you ship to countries outside Australia?

Yes, we ship internationally for $19.95 AUD. Framed wall art is excluded.

What is your handling and dispatch times?

Dispatch times vary and are mentioned in the FAQ section of each product. Handling times are separate from shipping times.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $75. Express delivery within Australia is $14.95.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Australia takes 2–8 business days, express shipping 1–4 business days, and international shipping 6–27 business days.

How do I track my delivery?

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Check junk mail if you don’t receive it. Contact uplift@inspiredspark.com.au for further assistance.

Why aren't gift cards eligible for the free shipping threshold?

Gift cards are excluded from the free shipping threshold as they can be redeemed for items that may qualify for free shipping.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 30 days if products are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

What about an exchange?

The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

What if my order arrives damaged or has a fault?
